What is meant by the phone being refurbished?
The mobiles are refurbished, which means they are used phones that have been repaired, factory reset, checked and tested according to standardized processes. All mobiles have at least 85% battery capacity and all our mobiles (regardless of condition) work like new and are checked with market-leading technology.
Mint condition: Very few visible signs of use, almost no scratches.
Good condition: Some signs of use such as scratches, no cracks.
OK condition: Clear signs of use such as scratches and scuff marks, no cracks.
Does the phone come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 2-year warranty on all our mobile phones. Why? Because we believe in our quality and want you to be 100% confident with your purchase!
Our warranty covers all the phone's technical faults such as camera, microphone, display etc
What payment methods do you offer?
Purchase of mobile phone only: We use SVEA checkout. Choose between invoice purchase, card payment, partial payment and direct bank payment (via Trustly).
Rent with Refurbly Flex: Monthly payment by card via Stripe. Automatically drawn every month.
Do you offer phone insurance?
Yes, we offer our phone insurance Refurbly Care which provides protection against damage, accidents and loss. You always get a fully assembled screen protector with the purchase (value SEK 349)!
