Refurbly is being talked about in the media
Former Teliatoppen invests in recycled mobile phones: "Here we have a company with a future for itself."
The Örebro-based mobile recycler Refurbly is making a seed round with Telia's former CEO Johan Dennelind and other heavyweights in the telecom industry.
The challenging global situation, to say the least, does not have to be a disadvantage for all traders. One player that is currently going strong is Refurbly, which refurbishes and recycles mobile phones.
Since the start in 2019, the market for spare parts has become great, so it is much easier today to offer a good refurbished phone with good parts, says David.
"Consumers appreciate our refurbished phones more and more, combined with subscriptions that are cheaper than the big operators," says David Lundgren Fetah, Refurbly's founder.
"The market is ripe for a more sustainable alternative - both environmentally and financially, he believes. It shouldn't have to cost extra to choose green." says David L. Fetah (CEO of Refurbly)
