Every phone has a battery capacity of at least 85%. Regardless of cosmetic condition, all our phones are fully functional and thoroughly tested using industry-leading technology.
Like New: Very few visible signs of use, with little to no scratching.
Good: Some visible signs of use, such as scratches, but no cracks.
Fair: Clear signs of use, such as scratches and scuff marks, but no cracks.
Does the phone come with a warranty?
Yes, all our phones come with a 2-year warranty. Why? Because we believe in the quality of our devices and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.
Our warranty covers technical faults with the phone, including the camera, microphone, display and more.
What payment methods do you offer?
Buying a phone: We use Svea Checkout, where you can choose between invoice, card payment, instalments, or direct bank payment via Trustly.
Renting with Refurbly Flex: Monthly payments are made by card via Stripe and charged automatically each month.
Do you offer phone insurance?
