Refurbly AB is now reorganizing the company's management and board of directors with the aim of strengthening the company for the next phase of growth and scaling. In connection with the changes, the former CEO and founder will leave their operational role and board assignment. The decision has been made by mutual agreement between the parties as part of the company's long-term development plan.

As a result of the reorganization, Nicklas Stuxgren has been appointed as the new CEO of Refurbly. Nicklas has held leading roles within the company and has broad experience in business development, sales, and operations. He will now lead Refurbly into the next phase, focusing on continued growth and scaling of the Flex concept.
Refurbly's main owner, Emanric AB, including Johan Dennelind, David & Martin Stenmarck, Bengt Braun, and Humbelin AB, with Fredrik Synnerstad and Peter Partma, stand behind the company as long-term and committed owners, focusing on supporting Refurbly's strategy and future growth.
The former chairman Oscar Wallstén returns to the role of Chairman of the Board. The new board, in addition to current members Jimmy Palmqvist and Mikael Svelander, consists of Oscar Wallstén, Cecilia Falk, and Bernt Sandström, who together bring strong expertise in finance, law, and brand development.
