When a phone returns to us, we securely wipe the data and check its condition. Working mobiles are refurbished so they can find a new user. If something needs repairing, we take care of it. Whatever cannot be repaired is handled for environmentally friendly recycling.
This is an important part of the service. The return process is built in from the start so the phone can move on while it still has value.

Bra Miljöval – the subscription matters too
The environmental aspect follows when the mobile connects to the network.
Dstny offers mobile subscriptions certified with Bra Miljöval. The certification requires, among other things, renewable electricity production, energy efficiency, and a longer lifespan for electronic equipment.
Here, our parts complement each other. Refurbly takes care of the phones, Dstny provides the connection, and Bra Miljöval sets environmental standards for the certified subscriptions.
It is the mobile subscriptions themselves that carry the eco-label. Together with a service that manages the phone’s ongoing life, it gives companies more concrete ways to make a well-considered choice.
